Management Fee
Off - site standard rate: 15%
You only pay when you earn—no bookings, no management fee.
Optional Add-Ons (If Needed)
These services are not required but can be added based on property needs:

Dynamic Pricing Strategy Setup: included or $100 one-time (if standalone)

Emergency or on-site fee $30 trip charge + $30 per hour min 1 hour

How Payments Work
All management fees are automatically deducted through Airbnb after each reservation payout, making the process seamless and hands-off for owners.

Pricing
$350/month per property
Simple monthly structure for ongoing operational support.
You can join our monthly supply program based on your rental size and
we will order and restock your supplies for no additional charge.
If you would rather handle supply ordering yourself and forget or supplies are late there is a trip charge and reimbursement for necessities.
