How Payment Works

​

Onboarding cost depends on the size and condition of your property and will be discussed during the initial walk-thru. Onboarding prices start at $300 and could go as high as $2500 + depending on what needs to be done, such as updated photography, deep cleaning, supplies etc. 

We order supplies monthly using our business account which offers the lowest prices and best discounts available. 

 

Management fees are automatically deducted from each booking payout through Airbnb or applied through monthly reporting for direct bookings.
